What is CDSHELP?



CDSHELP was created to provide quality First Level Support and centralized problem reporting/management for the Capital Group Companies user community. CDSHELP is also instrumental in assisting 2nd level support with solving problems on a "first call" basis, and tracking all problems efficiently via the HITT system. Currently over 50% of all problem calls are resolved at CDSHELP, and calls are generated from all companies withing CGC, across all sites.
